It's important that you manage your keto flu the right way. Otherwise, you could end up feeling terrible and call it quits.

The first step to doing that is to drink enough water. The keto diet can cause your body's water stores to deplete much more quickly than usual, so it's important to make sure you stay hydrated.

This is especially crucial for those who suffer from diarrhea during their bout of keto flu.

The second is to supplement with electrolytes

It's not enough to simply put water back into your body. You need to make sure you get enough salt and potassium, too.
